Terms of Service

1. Purpose
These terms govern the contracting and use of the BoxLandings service (the "Service"), provided by FREEBOX SL (Tax ID B87515516, registered address Calle Francia, 2 - Bis Piso 2 G, 28224 Pozuelo de Alarcón, Madrid, Spain), through the website boxlandings.com, by the customer who purchases one of the available plans (the "Customer").
2. Description of the service and plans
BoxLandings is a tool that allows the Customer to create and publish a website (landing page) on their own domain, using templates and an editable section builder available from an admin panel. The Service is provided according to the plan purchased:

3. Price and billing
Current prices for each plan are published on boxlandings.com and do not include VAT unless stated otherwise. [Pending: define payment method, billing frequency, charge date, and what happens to already-contracted prices if the rate is updated.]
4. Term, renewal and cancellation
[Pending: define whether the contract is monthly, the notice period for cancellation, whether there is a minimum commitment period, and what happens to the Customer's domain/content after cancellation — e.g. a grace period to export data before the landing page is deleted.]
5. Customer obligations
The Customer agrees to: (a) provide truthful contact and billing details; (b) make lawful use of the Service, without publishing illegal or defamatory content or content that infringes third-party rights; (c) keep their panel access credentials confidential; (d) comply with applicable data protection law regarding any personal data collected through their own landing page (e.g. contact forms).
6. Service availability
FREEBOX SL takes reasonable measures to keep the Service continuously available, without being able to guarantee 100% availability. [Pending: define whether an availability commitment (SLA) is offered and what compensation, if any, applies in case of breach.]
7. Intellectual property and data ownership
The BoxLandings platform's software, templates and code are the property of FREEBOX SL. Content entered by the Customer on their landing page (text, images, branding) is the property of the Customer. [Pending: clarify what happens to the Customer's content if the service is cancelled — retention/deletion period for their data and backups.]
8. Suspension of service for non-payment
FREEBOX SL may suspend access to the panel and publication of the landing page in the event of non-payment, after prior notice to the Customer, without prejudice to amounts owed. [Pending: define the notice period before suspension.]
9. Limitation of liability
FREEBOX SL shall not be liable for damages arising from improper use of the Service by the Customer, interruptions caused by third parties (hosting provider, DNS, SSL certificates) beyond its reasonable control, or content published by the Customer on their own landing page.
10. Data protection
The processing of the Customer's personal data is governed by BoxLandings' Privacy Policy. Where the Service involves FREEBOX SL processing third-party personal data on behalf of the Customer (for example, leads captured through the Customer's landing page forms), both parties will enter into the corresponding data processing agreement under Article 28 of the GDPR. 11. Changes to these terms
FREEBOX SL may modify these terms, notifying the Customer [pending: define notice period] before they take effect.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the Courts of Madrid, unless applicable consumer protection law establishes a different mandatory jurisdiction.
